Privacy notice
Updated: 26 October 2026
Scope and contact
This notice concerns this informational website and correspondence sent to its office. The business responsible for correspondence is Pindral Enterprises, a sole proprietorship based in Warsaw, Poland. Privacy enquiries may be sent to office@pindralenterprises.com.
Information processed
The website has no contact form, accounts, newsletter, payment system or visitor database. If you email the office, the information you choose to provide — such as your email address, name, message and attachments — is processed to assess and handle that correspondence. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Purpose and legal basis
Ordinary correspondence is handled on the basis of legitimate interests in receiving, assessing and replying to messages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where applicable, processing may be necessary to comply with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) or take steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). Contact does not imply acceptance of an engagement.
Access and service providers
Correspondence may be handled by authorised office personnel, including the Executive Assistant, and referred to the Principal where relevant. Hosting, email and IT providers may process technical data as part of delivering their services. The site is hosted through Sites, on infrastructure provided by OpenAI and Cloudflare; their platform-level privacy and security practices also apply. No advertising or analytics tools have been added to the website.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the matter and, where applicable, for legal record-keeping or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims. Technical records are subject to the hosting and email providers’ retention policies.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where applicable. Providing information in correspondence is voluntary; without it the office may be unable to handle the matter. The website does not make automated decisions or profile visitors. You may complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (UODO) or another competent supervisory authority.
Infrastructure and international processing
Hosting and email services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, applicable transfer requirements and safeguards must be met by the parties responsible for the relevant services. This website does not independently send visitor data to advertising networks. See also the cookie information.
